Content Creator Opportunity: Babusya Story of the Month

Position: Story Documentarian - Independent Content Creator

Location: Various regions in Ukraine

Duration: Monthly - TBD

Project Description: Capture authentic 15-30 minute interviews with Ukrainian babusyas, documenting their experiences, challenges, and hopes. These stories will help connect donors directly with the impact of their support.

Technical Requirements:

• 1080p or higher smartphone/DSLR with autofocus
• External microphone for clear audio
• Tripod for stable footage
• natural light preferred
• no editing required, small compression but not RAW

Interview Focus Points:

• Daily life challenges in current conditions
• Access to basic necessities
• Water availability and quality
• Food security and agricultural needs
• Community support systems
• Personal hopes and immediate needs
• Stories from their village/community
• What would make the biggest difference in their life

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in Ukrainian
• Basic English

• Basic camera operation skills
• Reliable transportation
• Good listener
• No fancy portfolio needed - just the ability to capture real stories
